salotpk Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Our Rules

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry specific meanings when used in reference to salotpk:

• "salotpk" refers to the platform, its operators, and all related services accessible at salotpk.biz.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any registered user who holds an active salotpk account.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile through which a player accesses salotpk services.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR amount held in a player's salotpk wallet, comprising both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus funds" refers to promotional credits granted by salotpk that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real-money funds" refers to PKR deposits made by the player through supported payment methods.
• "Wager" or "bet" refers to any amount staked on a sporting event, casino game, or other market offered on salotpk.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures that salotpk may require at any point.

To use salotpk's betting and gaming services, you must first complete account registration. By registering, you confirm the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information provided during registration — including name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — is accurate and complete.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from salotpk or had an account closed by salotpk for policy violations.

Each individual may hold only one active salotpk account. Opening a second account — whether under the same name, a different name, or the same device or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these terms. salotpk uses automated and manual detection to identify duplicate accounts, and any duplicates found will result in suspension of both accounts and forfeiture of any balances accumulated through the duplicate registration.

salotpk does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances. Where a minor is found to have registered, the account will be closed and any deposits will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings accumulated by a minor's account will be paid out under any circumstances.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your salotpk account. This means keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out of your account on shared or public devices. salotpk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available from your account security settings.

If you suspect that your salotpk account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify salotpk support immediately via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email. salotpk will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

salotpk cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials voluntarily or through negligence, including through phishing attempts that the player did not report promptly.

salotpk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent possible under the mechanics of that payment channel. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard account withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during operational hours. VIP Gold members receive 30-minute guaranteed processing at all times; VIP Diamond members receive processing within 5 minutes.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not previously completed KYC will be asked to do so before their first withdrawal is processed.

All bets placed on salotpk are subject to the following general betting rules. Market-specific rules are additionally available within each betting market on the platform itself.

• The minimum bet on any market is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event tier, and account type — these are displayed on the bet placement screen before confirmation.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by salotpk, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Odds are final at the point of bet acceptance. If odds have changed between the time you viewed them and the time your bet was processed, the odds shown at acceptance are the binding odds.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to platform confirmation. During periods of extreme market volatility (for example, immediately after a wicket falls), salotpk may temporarily suspend a market. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• If a match is abandoned before a result is possible, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. Where a Duckworth-Lewis result is officially reached, bets are settled on that official result.
• In the event of a pricing or technical error resulting in obviously incorrect odds being displayed, salotpk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Players will be notified individually where this applies.

salotpk settles all cricket bets on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Results published by third-party score services do not override the official governing body result for settlement purposes.

salotpk offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, and the following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your salotpk wallet as bonus funds, which are held separately from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Standard wagering requirements are 10x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Qualifying wagers for bonus purposes are those placed on cricket betting markets with odds of 1.50 or higher. Bets on markets with lower odds, or on certain casino game types, do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Creating additional accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.

The salotpk VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on total qualifying wager volume within a rolling 30-day period. The thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP Club section of your account.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a monthly basis. Players who do not maintain the qualifying wager volume for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the start of the following month.
• Cashback benefits are calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds, subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Personal account managers are assigned to Gold tier members and above. salotpk will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency of assignment but reserves the right to reassign managers for operational reasons.
• Invitation-only VIP tournaments are offered at the discretion of salotpk and are not guaranteed at any tier level. Invitations may be withdrawn if account status changes before the tournament commences.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, sold, or exchanged between players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on salotpk. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where the conduct involves illegal activity:

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on all outcomes of an event across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of result.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, monitor odds, or interact with the salotpk platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage over other players.
• Match fixing or insider information — placing bets based on material non-public information about sporting events, or in any way connected to match-fixing activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or markets on salotpk, particularly in poker-format or peer-to-peer games.
• Identity fraud — registering with false identity information, using another person's identity, or using payment methods not in the account holder's own name.
• Money laundering — using salotpk accounts as a vehicle to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine betting and gaming activity.
• Systematic exploitation of pricing errors — deliberately placing large bets on markets where pricing errors are visible and have not been corrected.

salotpk reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, that fraud or prohibited conduct has occurred, or where an ongoing investigation requires the account to be temporarily frozen.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by the contact details on their salotpk account within 72 hours. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any affected bets settled normally. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed and any balance disposition will be determined based on the nature of the breach.

Players may also choose to close their own salotpk account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification if not already completed. Bonus funds are not refundable upon voluntary account closure.

salotpk takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. All players on salotpk have access to the following self-management tools at all times through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your salotpk account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take 7 days to apply.

Where changes are material — affecting player rights in a meaningful way — salotpk will provide at least 14 days' notice via the email address registered on your account before the changes take effect.
